Rep. Robert Aderhold (R-AL): Today’s “Homophobe” Award Winner

Bobby is another in a long list of loser attorneys that decided to go into political punditry after learning how difficult it was to earn a dishonest living practicing law after he graduated in from Samford University Law School (ranked in bottom 3rd of 204 schools). Therefore, he decided to go into the second most ethical profession (used car salesman No. 1), politics.

It should be noted that Bobby has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past twenty-six years. This is in keeping with his Daddy who had his snout implanted in the public trough for 30 or more years. Apparently, the Aderhold theme song is “It’s a Family Affair” by Sly and the Family Stone.

During a recent (July 2018) meeting of the House Appropriations Committee, Republicans passed an amendment that was introduced by Bobby that would make it legal for adoptions agencies throughout the country to refuse gay couples based on the agency’s claimed religious or moral beliefs.

In support of his homophobic amendment, Bobby the Bigot (BB) said:

  • “The amendment would allow child welfare providers to decline to provide a service that conflicts with its sincerely held religious beliefs or moral convictions.”
  • "The reason for this is simply because these organizations, based on religious conviction, choose not to place children with same-sex couples."
  • "The amendment I introduced seeks to prevent these (state) governments from discriminating against child welfare providers on the basis that the provider declines to provide a service that conflicts with its sincerely held religious beliefs or moral convictions."

I’m confident that if one of BB’s bigoted friends in Alabama operating a Day Care Center discriminated against African-American children by refusing them admission based on his deeply held moral convictions regarding Blacks, that’d be acceptable, right BB Baby?

And lastly, I’m wondering if Bobby would introduce legislation making it legal for retailers and restaurant owners to refuse service to Morons.

One must seriously wonder why Bobby expends so much energy spewing forth hatred towards members of the gay community. Maybe we need to ask Bobby the following:

“What’s in your closet, Bobby?”
