The state of Michigan presented Jacob Leon Parrott with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from University of South Carolina School of Law.

 

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Jake guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Jake’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree 1997

  • Pulled down a woman’s bathing suit while she was sunbathing at or near Surfside Beach
  • Pled guilty to simple assault and battery
  • Sentenced to thirty days in prison
  • Conduct adversely reflecting on Jake’s honesty, trustworthiness, and fitness

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme Court punished Jake by gifting him with a complimentary 4-month suspension of his law license.

 

Jake’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Arrested and charged with voyeurism pursuant
  • Used a cell phone to take a picture up a woman's skirt in a grocery store
  • Pled guilty to assault and battery in the third degree
  • Sentenced to pay fine of $776

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme Court punished Jake the Perv by gifting him with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license.

  • Arrested and charged with indecent exposure
  • Jake was observed exposing his genitals and masturbating
  • Jake was sentenced to three years in prison, which the loser judge suspended to twelve months of probation and a fine of $168.75

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme Court punished Jake the Perv by finally disbarring him.

 

As we speak (ca. October 2020), Jake is employed as a greeter at the Walmart Supercenter Store at 541 Seaboard Street in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
