Attorney Michael Fine of Avon, OH; disgusting pervert

The state of Ohio provided Antonio Inacio with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Cleveland State University Law School.

The Lorain County Bar Association has charged Mike with the following misconduct.

Mike finds it acceptable to hypnotize his clients, especially female clients. During the hypnotic sessions, Mike gives the women sexual commands. There are more than 24 women who have complained of Mike’s perverted conduct to various authorities.

On November 18, 2014, the Lorain Bar filed a motion with the Supreme Court of Ohio asking it to immediately suspend Mike’s license during its investigation of his misconduct. The Bar’s motion to the Supreme Court stated in part:

  • Has engaged in a pattern of gross misconduct
  • During his representation of current clients through the use of hypnotherapy poses a substantial threat of serious harm to his client and the public
  • His current ability to practice law is severely suspect and highly questionable
  • Alleged that he engaged in sexual misconduct with Jane Doe 1 via his use of hypnotherapy
  • Jane Doe 3 stated after several meetings in Mike’s office she began to notice she was wet in the vaginal area, that her bra was disheveled, and she couldn’t’ recall the entire duration of the meetings

During several sessions with Doe 1, Mike had the following discussions with her:

  • Discussed her “coming”
  • Discussed her “having” pleasure and arousal and excitements
  • Discussed her having the “most massive, most incredible, most powerful whole body orgasm in your entire life,”
  • Discussed with her that he was her “teacher,” and that they have a “special bond”
  • Told her that she is “being made love to by the world’s greatest lover”
  • Told her that she will not “cancel her next meeting”

On November 24, the Supreme Court granted the Lorain County Bar Associations request that Mike’s law license be temporarily voided during the pendency of the investigation. However, that doesn’t’ mean that he will be permanently disbarred at a later date.

It would be hard to imagine that the Supreme Court would reinstate Mike the Pervert’s law license. However, given the sad state of the disciplinary process in Ohio, nothing would surprise me.

As we speak (ca. March 2014), the disciplinary case against Mike is ongoing and likely won’t be concluded until sometime in late 2015.
