Attorney Thomas Jeffrey of Santa Rosa, CA; pervert
The state of California provided Thomas Francis Jeffrey with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of California Hastings Law School in San Francisco.
The California Bar Court found Thomas guilty of the following misconduct.
Thomas was fired by his Santa Rosa law firm after admitting that he planted a remote controlled video camera under the receptionist’s desk and filmed the lower part of her body.
Although Thomas initially denied his involvement in plaint the video camera during a two-week investigation, he ultimately admitted responsibility.
As a consequence of her misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished Thomas by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.
Because Attorney Perverts in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Thomas was never charged for his criminal conduct.
As we speak (ca. February 2013) Thomas practices with the Law Offices of Thomas F. Jeffrey at 1400 North Dutton Avenue in Santa Rosa, California.
