1. Making comments of a sexual nature to court personnel
2. Reaching out and putting his hand and arm on a female court employee (sexual assault)
3. Told a court employee “You can take care of this in other ways,” referring to a traffic fine she owed
4. During a jury trial, Chauncey sat in a chair by the door and when the female court employee turned around, she observed the Perv leaning back in his chair rubbing his genital area
5. Came into a female court employee’s office and asked her to “expose her breasts to him,” and when she attempted to leave he blocked her from leaving by standing in the doorway. He then reached and grabbed her arm and said, “Come on, just give me two minutes.” She had to forcibly remove her arm from his grip.
6. When a female court employee returned to her office, she found a note on her desk from Chauncey that said, “I want to lick your butt.”
7. While acting as a judge and while in a court employee’s office, Chauncey said, “I have something you would like.” When she turned around she observed the Perv exposing his genitals to her.
8. When a court employee told Chauncey she was having a bad day, he went to the men’s restroom and took a digital photograph of his penis, which he then sent via his cell phone to the employee.
9. Aware that a female employee had a tattoo on her lower back, Chauncey asked to see it. He then put his finger in the back of her pants and pulled her pants so he could see it. (sexual assault)
