The Disciplinary Board found Ronnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to respond to client communications
• Failed to promptly return unearned portion of retainer fee

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wyoming Supreme Court punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. March 2014), Ronnie practices at 313 West Lincolnway in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
