Attorney Vladimir Gorokhovsky of Thiensville, WI; repeat offender

The state of Wisconsin presented Vladimir M. Gorokhovsky with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from John Marshall Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Vladimir guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Vladimir represented a client regarding a motion for modification of the client’s sentence. While representing the client, Vladimir racked up more than $1,800 in fees before he ever communicated with his client, and billed a total of more than $8,000.

To make matters worse, after the Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) began its investigation of Vladimir, he back-dated a letter to the client and provide to OLR investigators.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Vladimir’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. In 2009, Vladimir received a complimentary reprimand fro charging an unreasonable fee (cheater), trust account violations and failing to provide accurate information to the OLR during that investigation.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Vladimir by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2013), Vladimir practices with Gorokhovsky Law Office LLC at 10919 North Hedgewood Lane in Thiensville, Wisconsin.
