Attorney John Louderman III of Madison, WI: slacker, repeat offender

 
The state of Wisconsin presented John P. Louderman III with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
 
The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found John guilty of the following misconduct.
 
As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme
Court punished John by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. .
 
As we speak (ca. September 2012) John practices with the Louderman Law Office at 131 West Wilson Street in Madison, Wisconsin.
 
John represented a client in a divorce proceeding. The court subsequently issued a decision which, in part, awarded the wife one-half of the husband’s defined retirement benefits through a Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QRDO), and directed John to prepare the QDRO for the court’s review.
 
It took John the Loser six (6) years before he complied with the court’s order and submitted the required QRDO on behalf of his client.
 
As one would expect, this wasn’t John’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. On three (3) previous occasions, John received complimentary private reprimands for engaging in a variety of misconduct.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished John by gifting him with yet another (4th) complimentary reprimand. .
