Attorney Elvis Banks of Milwaukee; serial dimwit

The state of Wisconsin provided Elvis Banks with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the John Marshall School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) found Coral guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Eight violations involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Eleven violations for failure to follow client trust account rules
• Ten violations for failing to provide competent representation (serial dimwit)
• Eight counts for failing to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Knowingly disobeyed obligation under rules of a tribunal (Screw you, said Guy!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Elvis by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca.January 2021) Guy practices his brand of law with the Law Offices of Elvis Cardell Banks SC at 600 North Broadway in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
