Attorney Robert Moodie of Waukesha, WI; thieving loser

The state of Wisconsin provided Robert B. Moodie with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Bobby guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Over 18-month period, Bobby converted firm fees in five client matters for his personal use
• After receiving fees directly from clients, he failed to turn them over to his firm
• Collected money directly from a client and then wrote off his billable time
• Converted [stolen] fees totaled $8,665.00.
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Willy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license and ordered he pay $6,081.63 cost of the disciplinary proceeding.

And lastly, because Attorney Misfits in Wisconsin are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Bobby was never criminally charged with grand theft or fraud.
