Failed to promptly deliver and distribute all of the settlement proceeds to his client

Failed to provide client with a written settlement statement setting forth a full accounting regarding the property and final distribution of the property
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Terry by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
