Attorney Thomas Napierala of Milwaukee; cheating loser

The state of Wisconsin provided Thomas R. Napierala with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Tommie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed at outset of representation to advise client he intended to bill him for services provided by Tommy’s non-lawyer staff and the rate at which those services would be billed
  • Billed client for fees he was not entitled to charge (cheater)
  • Failed to keep track of his billing and payments relating to client representation
  • Failed to diligently maintain records of payments he received from his client and/or payments received from another attorney on behalf of said client beyond what Tommy was due
  • Ordered to repay $15,021.66 to client for improper fees he collected

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Tommie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed him $1,677 in costs.

As we speak (ca. January 2019) Tommy practices with the Napierala Law Offices LLC at 413 North 2nd Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
