Attorney Gary Miller of Madison, WI; ethical dwarf

The state of Wisconsin presented Gary A. Miller with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Gary failed to disburse funds held in his trust account after the trial court ordered that the funds be granted to his client’s ex-wife in a divorce property settlement.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
