The Lawyer Disciplinary Board found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Danny found it acceptable to engage in an egregious conflict of interest, which involved his representation of Jonathan McRobie in a criminal matter arising from an auto accident.

In regards to the same auto accident, Danny met with Jose Reed and her family members and provided advice and assistance to them.
