Attorney Jennifer Wolfe of Parkersburg, WV; lying druggie

The state of West Virginia presented Jennifer M. Wolfe with a law license in 2014 after she graduated from the University of West Virginia School of Law.

The Lawyer Disciplinary Board found Jenny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Has a long history of drug abuse
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• When police executed search warrant at her home, she lied that the wanted criminal wasn’t in her home
• 2-year-old child present when police executed search warrant
• Charged with possession of controlled substance, crystal methamphetamine
• Charged with obstructing a police officer
• Charged with felony child neglect with risk of injury
• While conduct urine drug screen test on Jenny, a tube containing a liquid was discovered attached to her leg, which contained urine she intended to use to pass the drug test

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the West Virginia Supreme Court punished Jenny by gifting her with a complimentary 18-month suspension of her law license.
