Attorney Dennie Morgan Jr. of Welch, WV; thieving loser

The state of West Virginia presented Dennie S. Morgan Jr. with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from West Virginia University Law School.

The Lawyer Disciplinary Board found Dennie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Failed to return unearned fees (thief)
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Engaged in a practice of accepting retainer fees and then failing to provide any services
• Failed to file appeal on behalf of client
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Dennie!)

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Dennie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonition for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the West Virginia Supreme Court punished Dennie by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Dennie practices with Morgan Law LC in Welch, West Virginia.
