Attorney J. Michael Anderson of Rainelle, WV; slacker

The state of West Virginia presented J. Michael Anderson with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from West Virginia University Law School.

The Lawyer Disciplinary Board found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Mike!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the West Virginia Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Mike practices at 474 Main Street in Rainelle, West Virginia.
