Attorney John Cassell of Charlestown, WV; slacker

The state of West Virginia presented John M. Cassell with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from West University Law School.

The Lawyer Disciplinary Board found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the West Virginia Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Johnny practices with Cassell & Prinz PLLC at 120 North George Street in Charleston, West Virginia.
