Attorney Bradley Snowden of Winchester, VA; slacker

The state of West Virginia presented Bradley C. Snowden with a law license in 1985.

The Lawyer Disciplinary Board found Brad guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to withdraw representation when required to so act
• Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the West Virginia Supreme Court punished Brad by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Brad practices with Shenandoah University at 1460 University Drive in Winchester, Virginia.
