Attorney James Sheatsley of Beckley, WV; ethical gremlin

The State of Ohio presented James Raymond Sheatsley with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Ohio State University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Offered to pay a witness for his testimony

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2016) Jimmy practices with Gorman Sheatsley & Co. in Beckley, West Virginia..
