Attorney James Rees of Fayetteville, WV; slacker

The state of West Virginia presented James B. Rees with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the Samuel B. Chase School of Law.

The Lawyer Disciplinary Board found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct

1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
2. Failed to keep client informed about status of legal matter
3. Failed to promptly comply with client information requests
4. Failed to explain matter to extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the West Virginia Supreme Court punished Doug by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Johnny practices in Fayetteville, West Virginia.
