Attorney Robert Hayes of Tacoma; ethical misfit

The state of Washington presented Robert L. Hayes with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Willamette University Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Robert guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
2. Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
3. Made false statements concerning a Superior Court commissioners integrity
4. Failed to attend hearing on client’s behalf in a division of property matter
5. Client monetarily sanctioned by court due to Bob’s gross negligence/incompetence

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Robert by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Bob’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. Bobby previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As we speak (January 2013), Robert practices in the Tacoma, Washington area.
