Attorney Richard Geissler of Spokane, WA; ethical misfit

The state of Washington presented Richard Bryan Geissler with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Gonzaga University Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to return property that belonged to a third

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.
