The state of Washington presented Diane Sweet with a law license in 2004 after she graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Diane guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Face to act with due diligence
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to do so

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Diane by gifting her with a complimentary 4-month suspension of her law license.
