Attorney G. Patrick Healy of Tacoma, WA; ethical troll

The state of Washington presented G. Patrick Healy with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Patty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Took numerous actions to accomplish goal of making partner make capital contributions to entities with property in default
• Falsely claimed he was protecting corporate and partnership assets in extinguishing his partner’s interests
• Prepared resolutions purporting to transfer property, dissolve corporations or forfeit partners’ interest in various properties
• Resolutions prepared by Patty falsely stated that they had been unanimously approved by shareholders when he knew for a fact that his partner had voted against said resolutions
• Subsequently, the partners’ interest in seven of the nine partnerships and corporations that Patty was involved in resulted in a court awarding Mr. Butko $2.4 million

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Patty by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Patty practices with G. Patrick Healy Inc. PS at 10 Mare Vista Terrace in Tacoma, Washington.
