Attorney Robert Huff of Bellevue, WA; moronic slacker

The state of Washington presented Robert Scott Huff with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Williamette University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to deposit client funds into identifiable interest-bearing accounts
• Failed to maintain complete records of all client funds
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Failed to maintain adequate records of receipt, deposit, and disbursement of client funds
• Failed to render appropriate accounts to his clients re: client funds
• Failed to respond to the client’s attempts to inquire about the scope of a settlement

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Bobby practices with the Law Office of Robert S. Huff at 13401 Bel Red Road in Bellevue, Washington.
