Attorney Patrick Stiley of Spokane, WA; slacker

The state of Washington provided Patrick K. Stiley with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from the University of Washington Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Patty guilty of the following misconduct. 

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to file pleadings on client’s behalf prior to ordered deadlines
• Failed to submit brief for client to Department of Labor and Industries
• Failed to respond to Labor Department motion to dismiss client matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Patty by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. November 2017), Patty practices at 1403 West Broadway Avenue in Spokane, Washington.
