Attorney Gary Branfeld of Federal Way, WA; lying loser

The state of Washington presented Gary Howard Branfeld with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of Puget Sound Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Gary!)
• Made misrepresentations to client (lied)
• Failed to communicate with his client
• Failed to return client files to client upon termination
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter

Because of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
