Attorney D. Douglas Titus of Seattle; slacker

The state of Washington presented D. Douglas Titus with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of South Dakota Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Douglas guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Douglas by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Douglas practices is employed as General Counsel for Marathon Legal Services, Inc. in Seattle, Washington.
