Attorney Kathryn Abele of Mill Creek, WA; potty mouth bully

The state of Washington presented Kathryn Abele with a law license in 1998.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Kathy guilty of the following misconduct.

• During court proceeding made loud noises like an animal
• Found in contempt of court
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Yelled: “That Bitch1” towards opposing counsel in open court
• Told court marshal that someone “should fart in his face”
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Falsely accused court officer of tripping her in court hallway

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Kathy by gifting her with a complimentary 1-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Kathy practices with Abele Law at 16000 Mill Creek Blvd in Mill Creek, Washington.
