Attorney Thomas Alexiou of Edmonds, WA; cheating loser

The state of Washington presented Thomas James Alexiou with a law license in 1992.

The Washington State Bar found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Charged unreasonable fees (crook)
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Failed to answer client letters
• Failed to prepare parenting plan as required
• Failed to return $2,500 fee despite doing no work for client
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
