Attorney James Gauthier of Lake Tapps, WA; ethical gremlin  

The state of Washington presented James Allen Gauthier with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Santa Clara University Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Provided documents containing false statements
• Lied about the origin of documents produced in discovery
• Falsely certified to reading responses to discovery
• Submitted recreated bylaws to opposing counsel w/o disclosing that they were a recent recreation from memory and not the originals

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Jimmy practices with the Gauthier Law Offices PS at 10908 171^stAvenue Eastin Lake Tapps, Washington.
