Attorney Michael Gainer of Spokane; repeat offender 

The state of Washington presented Michael John Gainer with a law license in 1990d after he graduated from Pepperdine University Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client property
• Failed to comply with client requests for information
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to provide client with written accounting of claimed fees

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Mike’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. In 2015 he received another complimentary admonition for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. April 2015), Mike practices at 1320 North Atlantic Street in Spokane, Washington.
