Attorney Peter Rim of Annandale, VA; ethical dwarf  

The state of Virginia presented Peter Jung-Wook Rim with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of Virginia Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Charged an excessive fee
• Failed to decline representation when required
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• Engaged in a deliberate act involving dishonesty or untrustworthiness

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Peter practices with Lohmann & Rim PC at 7700 Little River Turnpike in Annandale, Virginia.
