Attorney Donald Spitzli Jr. of Virginia Beach; ethical dwarf 

The state of Virginia presented Donald H. Spitzli with a law license in 1963 after he graduated from the University of Virginia Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Donnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated a disciplinary rule or knowingly aided another in doing so
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• Certified he had no knowledge of loans made to borrower which wasn’t true

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
