The state of Virginia presented Bradley Glenn Pollack with a law lic nse in 1989.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Brad guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to treat opposing party and counsel fairly
• Threatened disciplinary charges against opposing counsel for the sole purpose of obtaining an advantage in a civil lawsuit
• Asserted a position on client’s behalf when it was obvious that such action would merely serve to harass another

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Brad by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Brad practices at 753 South Main Street in Woodstock, Virginia.
