Attorney George Yancey of Norfolk, VA; moronic repeater

The state of Virginia presented George Anthony Yancey with a la w license in 1996.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found George guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Defaulted on client’s appeal in a court-appointed case

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished George by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t George’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received one (1) complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As we speak (ca. March 2015), George practices at 1201 Colonial Avenue in Norfolk, Virginia.
