Attorney Bennett Brown of Fairfax, VA; ethical dwarf

The District of Columbia Bar presented Bennett A. Brown with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from William & Mary University Law School.

The DC Bar Counsel found Benny guilty of the following misconduct.

Benny’s misconduct revolved around his qualifications as Administrator of the Estate of George William Hunt.

After an ethics complaint was filed against Benny, he violated the rules by failing to cooperate with ethics investigators. Put simply, Benny said, Up yours!

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Bar Counsel punished Benny by gifting him with a complimentary informal admonition.  

As we speak (ca. December 2014), Benny practices at 3905 Railroad Avenue in Fairfax, Virginia.
