The state of Virginia presented Thomas Hunt Roberts with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of Virginia Law School. 

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

Tommy had the chutzpah to demand a contingency fee from a client based on a matter involving non-monetary relief. 

Tommy well knew that a contingent fee agreement cannot be based on representing a client when the client is not seeking money damages. 

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Tommy by gifting her with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. June 2014), Tommy practices with Thomas h. Roberts & Associates, P.C. at 105 South First Street in Richmond, Virginia.
