The state of Virginia presented John Douglas Primeau with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of Virginia Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to decline or terminate representation when required

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 12-month suspension of his law license.
