Attorney Curtis Brown of Chesapeake, VA; ethical gremlin

The state of Virginia presented Curtis Tyrone Brown with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of Virginia Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Curtis guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly made a false statement (lied) to a tribunal
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct intended to disrupt a tribunal

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board punished Curtis by gifting him with a complimentary 12-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2014), Curtis practices at 306 bald Cypress Court in Chesapeake, Virginia.
