Attorney Vernon Keeve, Jr. of Fredericksburg, VA; ethical dwarf

The state of Virginia presented Vernon Keeve, Jr.  with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Richmond Law School. 

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Vernon guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Failed to provide client with required written fee agreement
2. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
3. Failed to safeguard client property
4. Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
5. Failed to keep client reasonably informed of status of legal matter
6. Obstructed Bar’s misconduct investigation (In truth, Vernon said, Up Yours!)
   

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Vernon by gifting him with a complimentary 10-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2013), Vernon practices at 4101 Lafayette Blvd in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
