Attorney Brian Moore of Lynchburg, VA; slacker, loser

The State of Virginia presented Brian Randolph Moore with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from Regent University School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Brian guilty of engaging in the following misconduct

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to be fair when dealing with opposing party and counsel
• Failed to keep divorce client informed of status of matter
• Failed to communicate with his client
• Failed to maintain cash receipt and disbursement journals for each client trust account
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Brian!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. April 2022), Brian practices of his so-called brand of law with The Moore Law Firm PLLC in Lynchburg, Virginia.
