Attorney Brian Revercomb of King George, VA; idiot, slacker, repeater

The state of Virginia presented Brian Austin Revercomb with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Brian!)
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to terminate or decline representation when required to so act

As one would suspect this wasn’t Brian’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license. He was also ordered to pay $1,200 in restitution to a former client.

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Brian practices at 9428 Kings Highway in King George, Virginia.
