Attorney Jennifer Williams of Newport News, VA; slacker, loser

The state of Virginia presented Jennifer Marie Williams with a law license in 2007 after she graduated from the University of Richmond Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Jenny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to terminate or decline representation when required
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board punished Jenny by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. November 2018), Jenny practices with the Newport News Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney at 2501 Washington Avenue in Newport News, Virginia.
