Attorney Neal O. Reid of Richmond, VA; liar, Dufus

In late 2010, the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Neal the Liar guilty of engaging in conduct that involved fraud, deceit, dishonest, or misrepresentation that reflects adversely on an attorney’s fitness to practice.

Obviously the Board’s assertion that being dishonest reflects adversely on an attorney’s fitness to practice law doesn’t pass the involuntary laugh test, right? It’s my understanding that a vast majority of attorneys throughout the country consistently engage in dishonest conduct.

With that said, Neal falsely affixed his client’s signature to a document asking the trial court for a continuance for a scheduled trial date. Neal so acted even though he never possessed any power-of-attorney that would allow him to so act.

The trial court became suspicious when it noticed that the signature provided by Neal didn’t match that of the client’s that was on file with the court. Put simply, the trial court immediately recognized that Neal was guilty of falsifying his client’s signature to a court document in an overt effort to perpetrate a fraud on the court.

The enablers and apologists for Attorney Misfits in Virginia sitting on the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board punished George by gifting him with a complimentary fourteen (14) days suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2011) Neal the Loser practices law at the Law Offices of Neal O. Reid, P.C. at 4914 Radford Avenue in Richmond.
