Attorney Killis Howard of Lynchburg, VA; ethical ogre

The state of Virginia presented Killis Thurman Howard with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from Washington & Lee University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Killis guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Killis engaged in an intimate relationship with a divorce client.

In a lame effort at levity and contrary to the complaint's claims, Killis contended that he did not engage in the improper relationship until after he terminated his attorney-client relationship with the client.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Killis by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2017), Killis practices at 712 Court Street in Lynchburg, Virginia.
