Attorney Joseph Pennington of Norfolk; ethical dwarf

The state of Virginia presented Joseph A. Pennington with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from William & Mary University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to timely file motion for reduction of client spousal support
• Failed to attend court hearings on behalf of client re: alimony

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Joey practices at 327 Duke Street in Norfolk, Virginia.
