Attorney Jonathon Moseley of Woodbridge, VA; lying loser

The state of Virginia presented Jonathon Alden Moseley with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from George Mason University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Jon guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with candor toward a tribunal
• Failed to act fairly towards opposing counsel
• Was untruthful in statements to others (liar)
• Made false or reckless remarks about judicial officers
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Jon by gifting Howie with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Jon practices at 3823 Wagon Wheel Lane in Woodbridge, Virginia.
