Attorney Brian Shevlin of Fairfax, VA; ethical dwarf

The state of Virginia presented Brian Charles Shevlin with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from American University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to promptly pay funds to person entitled to receive them
• Knowingly disobeyed ruling of a tribunal

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Brian practices at 3975 University Drive in Fairfax, Virginia.
